Our Satisfaction Promise
At LOLO'S SHOP, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with our straightforward 30-day return policy.
30-Day Return Policy
  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
  1. Contact Us: Simply email us at lolosshop.ask@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Get Your Label: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to start a return for your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get your new product as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
While most of our products are returnable, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at lolosshop.ask@gmail.com.
